Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of private chauffeur services by My Driver in Paris – Private Chauffeur Service, operated by Stéphane Nancy (Sole Proprietorship), registered in France.


By booking a service, the client agrees to the following terms.

Services

My Driver in Paris provides private chauffeur services (VTC – Vehicle with Chauffeur) exclusively by prior reservation.


Services include, but are not limited to:


  • Airport and train station transfers
  • Hourly chauffeur services
  • Point-to-point transportation
  • Private tours and day trips
  • Executive and event transportation



All services are provided with premium sedan vehicles and a professional licensed chauffeur.


Booking

Pricing

Rates are provided:


  • As fixed rates (transfers)
  • Hourly rates (chauffeur by the hour)
  • Custom quotations (day trips or special services)



All prices are expressed in euros (€) unless otherwise specified.


Additional time, route changes, or special requests may result in additional charges.


Waiting time

For airport pickups, complimentary waiting time is included from the actual landing time.


For other pickups, a limited waiting time may be included as specified at booking.


Additional waiting time may be charged.


Luggage

The client must inform My Driver in Paris in advance of the number and size of luggage items.


Services are operated with premium sedans, and luggage capacity is limited.


If luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the service may be refused or adjusted.


Cancellations

Cancellation terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation.


Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges, particularly where a deposit or prepayment has been required at the time of booking.


In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the provision of the service, My Driver in Paris will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative solution or, where appropriate, issue a refund.


Client conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully and in accordance with applicable laws.


Smoking, illegal substances, and dangerous behavior inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.


Any damage caused to the vehicle may be charged to the client.

Liability

My Driver in Paris undertakes to perform its services with due care and professional diligence.


The company cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, accidents, weather, public authorities, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.


In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
