NUMBER OF PASSENGERS

For your comfort, the maximum is 4 passengers with 4 carry-on luggages or 3 passengers with 2 checked luggages <75 centimeters and 2 carry-on luggages.

CHILD ON BOARD

All child <10 years old must be seated on a toddler or booster seat. Your chauffeur can provide a car seat or a booster seat only for children 3 years old of age or older upon request. The equipment must be requested at the booking time to be guaranteed. Client must provide his/her own car seat for children under 3 years old of age.
A child under 10 years of age without a suitable seat will not be accepted in car. For your comfort we accept only one car/booster seat in car.

ABOUT YOUR LUGGAGES

The standard is 2 medium sized luggages <75 cm plus 2 carry-ons. If you have more than this configuration please inform us at the booking time.

PICK UP TIME FOR ARRIVALS : 

The buffer time is an optional free delay between the landing time and the arrival time of your private chauffeur.  The buffer time allows you to schedule the airport pick up time of your choice. 

Basically your chauffeur will be on position at the arrivals hall 20 minutes after the landing time (except if you mention that you have no luggage or a concierge service upon arrival or priority on checked luggages). Then he waits for you for 60 minutes. If you need more time than 60 minutes, request a few minutes buffer time. 

For example, if you need 90 minutes to reach the arrivals hall, add a 10 minutes buffer time [arrival time of your chauffeur 20  minutes after landing time +  buffer time 10 minutes + free waiting time 60 minutes].

CHECKIN ASSISTANCE (OPTIONAL)

The checkin assistance consists in helping you to reach your checkin desk from the vehicle after the drop off. This optional service saves you time and effort in finding your way around the airport and carrying your luggages up to the checkin desk.

NUMBER OF PASSENGERS :

 We only provide executive sedans. For your comfort we recommend you to use our car service for 3 people maximum. Nevertheless, our vehicle can accommodate 4 people with 4 carry-ons maximum and no car seat.

The trunk can hold 2 suitcases <30 inch (75 cm) plus 2 carry-ons. 

Medium size luggage : 

75 x 47 x 30 cm (29,5 x 18,5 x 11,8 inches)

Carry-on luggage : 

55 x 35 x 21 cm (21,6 x 13,7 x 8,2 inches)

If you have more please list  all your luggages in comments by mentioning the number, the types, the sizes.

Please make sure to not exceed the luggage sizes and number when you will be packing.

CAR SEAT & BOOSTER SEAT :

According to the French regulation, a child under ten years old must travel in a suitable seat.

We only provide car seat for 3 years of age children or older.  For your comfort, we accept only one car seat or one booster in car. For a child under 3 years of age client must provide his/her own car seat.


Note (7) :

Airlines recommend you to be at the airport at least 3 hours before take-off for long distance flights and 2 hours for medium-haul and domestic flights.   


Cancellation fee :

There is no cancellation fee except if our estimate and booking confirmation mention it.

For long  distance rides, hourly services and pick-ups outside Paris a deposit can be requested. Please read carefully our estimate and booking confirmation.
