CAN I ADD A STOP DURING MY TRANSFER?

Yes. Additional stops can be arranged in advance.
Please mention them in your request so we can confirm timing and any fare adjustment accordingly.

HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN YOUR SEDANS ACCOMMODATE?

For optimal comfort, we recommend up to 3 passengers with standard luggage.
If you are traveling with multiple large suitcases (over 75 cm / 30 in), oversized items, or more than 3 passengers, please specify details in your request so we can confirm availability in advance.

IS WAITING TIME INCLUDED?

Yes.
• 20 minutes of complimentary waiting time are included for train station pick-ups.
• 15 minutes are included for all other point-to-point services (hotel, private address, restaurant, etc.).
The maximum waiting time is 30 minutes, subject to chauffeur availability.
Beyond this, additional waiting time may be charged or the service may need to be adjusted.
