I have hired Stephane as my chauffeur to and from CDG Airport now at least 5 times. I also have several other friends who have hired him for anything from airport transport to local tours and sight-seeing. Stephane is very professional. He always checks in with you beforehand, arrives early, and is dressed in a suit and is impeccably groomed. His Mercedes is very clean and he has all the amenities you'll need: ipad and Wi-fi connection, bottled water, beautiful magazines with local info to browse,  AND ... his English is excellent! He knows all the most efficient routes in and around Paris, and is a cautious driver, so amidst the often hectic driving city driving conditions, you'll arrive safely and on time to your destination. I would highly recommend Stephane to anyone seeking transport in and around the Paris region.

This review is long due. I travel to Paris twice a year on business, but this is the first time I've used Stephane. I have to say his service is upmost professional. Punctual, courteous and very thoughtful. I booked him for my trip from the airport to my hotel, then again from my hotel to the train station. My train was in the early morning. And Stephane was waiting for me with an orange juice and a freshly baked croissant. I have never had a car service as attentive as Stephane. Whole-heartedly recommend!

We recently booked Stéphane for a long weekend in Paris both for airport transportation and some excursions. He was timely, gracious, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated. He made sure that we were comfortable and had every thing taken care of. We had drinks awaiting us on every ride from sparkling water to orange juice as well as croissants and small cakes. Even more amazing was the attention to details with hand sanitizers, candies, and magazines. He knew his city and shared wonderful facts and history with us on every drive. We used the services of Monsieur Stephane four times while in Paris; his service was so outstanding that when we returned to Paris from Santorini with a 1 1/2 day layover we booked another adventure with him. He is reliable, kind, friendly, detailed, conscientious and heads above any services we have ever received in our many travels, including our home in the USA!!! He kept us updated perfectly and communications were above par! He provided fresh croissants and water for our trips, he showed us areas we would not have seen without his advice, he had much information he shared with us; we felt well taken care of and the customer service he provided was 10 star!!!! So happy that we discovered Stéphane to assist us with our transportation needs during a recent trip to Normandy/Brittany and Paris. After reading his Yelp reviews, we booked his services online a few weeks in advance of our departure from the US. He answered my questions and confirmed in a very timely manner. 

We were met at CDG and transported to Normandy to join a cycling group.  This is not a trip which can easily be made by public transportation and Stéphane's prompt arrival, professional manner, spotless and beautiful vehicle and perfect English immediately put us at ease. He is also very pleasant to travel with!

Stéphane also drove us from Paris to CDG for our return trip, and transported our daughter into Paris. He confirms all trips a couple of days in advance by email or What's App. 

We were very pleased with Stéphane and highly recommend his service.
