“Stéphane was excellent. We wanted to see some sites outside of Paris in the afternoon after arriving in the morning from Toronto. He met us on time, we had emailed a number of times and his reponses were timely and helpful, which informed our plans. He took us a couple of additional sites along the way which was very thoughtful. Our final stop was a mall since we needed to do some grocery shopping, which to me indicated his interest in costumer serine. According to the French regulation, a child under ten years old must travel in a suitable seat.

We only provide car seat for 3 years of age children or older. For your comfort, we accept only one car seat or one booster in car. For a child under 3 years of age client must provide his/her own car seat.

Airlines recommend you to be at the airport at least 3 hours before take-off for long distance flights and 2 hours for medium-haul and domestic flights.

Cancellation fee :

There is no cancellation fee except if our estimate and booking confirmation mention it.

For long distance rides, hourly services and pick-ups outside Paris a deposit can be requested. Please read carefully our estimate and booking confirmation.
